MEDICAL DERMATOLOGY
We offer comprehensive medical dermatology services, including the diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, and hair loss. Our culturally specific care addresses conditions prevalent in the African American community, such as keloids, hyperpigmentation, and scarring alopecia, ensuring tailored and effective treatments.
COSMETIC DERMATOLOGY
Our cosmetic dermatology services include safe and effective options like Cosmetic & Medical Botox, chemical peels, microneedling, and dermal fillers. We focus on anti-aging treatments and skin rejuvenation, helping patients achieve a youthful and radiant appearance through personalized and culturally sensitive care.
WELLNESS SERVICES
Grace Dermatology & Aesthetics offers wellness treatments that encompass medical weight loss management and holistic approaches to skin health. Our services address both physical and emotional well-being, promoting overall health and confidence through personalized care and community education.
ABOUT VIVIAN
Vivian Parham,
AGPCNP-BC
Vivian Parham, ANP-BC is a board certified adult nurse practitioner. An alumnus of New York University and nationally credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), she has been prepared to provide the patient-centered care that defines her practice. Completing a rigorous Advanced Practice Fellowship under the tutelage of dermatologist and Top Doctor Jeremy Fenton, M.D.; Vivian has expertise managing skin and hair conditions. After practicing in Manhattan for several years, Vivian returned to Chattanooga, Tennessee in 2023 eager to serve the community she’s called home for 30+ years.
Ever concocting skincare products (mixing moisturizers) in her laboratory (bathroom) a passion bloomed in her early years. While learning to love her deeply melanated skin and textured hair in spaces they seemed always on display; Vivian resolved to help people of all skin types find their beauty.
Feeling especially called to provide an atmosphere that emboldens people of color to address their medical and cosmetic skin concerns confidently; Grace Dermatology & Aesthetics was born.
Vivian specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology for all skin types and is passionate about providing culturally sensitive care by improving access to dermatology specialists that reflect the diversity of our community.
